If you are unsatisfied with your garment for whatever reason, please make sure you log your return by emailing email@example.com within 7 days of receiving your item and our courier will collect from the same delivery address.
If the garment is returned in the same condition as it was received with the swing tag attached we will gladly refund or exchange your garment, but please note you will be liable for the courier collection fee and the redelivery fee. This cost will be deducted from your credit due. Our size guides on each garment are very accurate so please consider carefully before purchasing.
We do not offer returns or refunds on any sale items.
In the rare event of an incorrect delivery or defective product, please email firstname.lastname@example.org and we will make arrangements for the garment to be collected and the correct garment to be delivered.
